1.蛋挞
先将牛奶分成两份,一份与白糖混合放在小火上,慢慢加热使白糖溶化。2. 布丁模可用上大下小的瓷茶杯代替,洗净擦干,涂一层薄油备用。 锅中加水15克,糖50克,用小火慢慢熬至金黄色后,趁热倒入布丁模内,垫住布丁模的底层(约2毫米厚)。鸡蛋磕入碗内搅打均匀,先加冷牛奶搅拌,再加倒入糖溶化的热牛奶搅匀,然后用细筛过滤即成蛋奶浆。 将蛋奶浆倒入布丁模内(装至八成满),入笼中用微火炖约20分钟,至蛋浆中心熟透即可出,冷却后覆于小玻璃碟(或小茶碟)上即成。 2..花冰 Flower Ice 做的时候要把花先泡一下 不然会浮起来,但是这样花会有点蔫。所以其实也可以先放一半水,固定住花,然后下面一半冻起来了再加水冻完整的。这样花会很新鲜呀 When you put the flowers in the water.It might flow, so put half of the water in and add the other half until it froze. They looks really nice in the wine. 3. 糖果冰棍 Candy/fruits frozen sucker 糖果配上果汁,果汁用水溶C100,当然糖水也OK咯。还可以放入喜欢的水果。非常好看 Put the colorful candies in the frozen sucker, or your favorite fruits.
