Goal I want to find out what critics find most appealing about Kusama’s paintings and how the general public perceives her paintings. And what is attractive to others about a web interaction experience. Method One of my methods I would like to use is a questionnaire. This way I can get direct input from various different kinds of audiences. On top of that I will read many articles and reviews for art and examine how Kusama’s paintings are perceived. Location For the questionnaire I would like to gather as many responses as possible so I have decided to start with people around Parsons and work my way to galleries all over New York. In addition to that, I will conduct research both online and offline for reviews of her works. Participants My first preference when it comes to a target audience is people who are interested in art. That is why Parsons is such a great place to start. On top of that I could utilize the internet to reach out to art lovers around the world. Research Questions The relationship between art admiration and an interactive website design. On top of that I would like to explore the mysterious appeal of Kusama’s unique designs and how people respond to that. I also want to know more about the people who has been to her exhibitions, about what they feel about the work, what they gained. 1. Have you ever been to her exhibition? What did you feel? Hypotheses My hypotheses is that interaction website designs perfectly matches art appreciation because the audience is able to feel like they are a part of the creation. With my website I look to incorporate the audience with the art. |
